Elisabeth Rohm, an American/German actor, is most well-known for her performance as the principal character of the lead role in American Hustle. Rohm began her career as an equestrian. However, destiny had other plans. In the span of a single year, following her debut as an actor in the TV series Fantasy Island, Rohm had made a name for herself. Her most well-known role is her character as Agent Serena in the adventure series Law & Order. Then, she portrayed similar roles in other movies as well as television shows. With time she became more popular and she appeared in popular films like Miss Congeniality 2 - Armed & Fabulous - The Whole Truth, American Hustle and Joy. She has also played leading and recurring roles in popular TV shows like The Last Ship Stalker and The Client List. Elisabeth Rohm continues to maintain her career in the fields of television and film, while simultaneously juggling both. Recent performances are Blood on Her Name, and there are several more films to be released in the next couple of years.

Elisabeth Rohm next appears in Lionsgate's Roger Ailes biopic Fair and Balanced. The film is directed by Jay Roach as Fox News presenter Martha MacCallum. Ted Melfi's film THE STARLING will include Melissa McCarthy. Elisabeth has just finished her role in the Lifetime film FAMILY Pictures opposite Justina Makado. In the past, she appeared with Jennifer Lawrence and Robert De Niro in David O. Russell's film"JOY. It was her second collaboration following the success of AMERICAN HUSTLE, in which she played a key role alongside Bradley Cooper Christian Bale Amy Adams. Elisabeth was also a major participant for IFC Films' and Relativity Media's film TRIBES IN PALOS VEDES opposite Jennifer Garner. Other notable films include TRAFFICKED with Ashley Judd as well as Go Under with Bruce Willis & Jason Momoa. Elisabeth is also an accomplished TV actor, most notably appearing in the five seasons of LAW & ORDDER as Serena Southerlyn and Kate Lockley from The WB show ANGEL. Elisabeth has recently appeared on stage alongside Dylan McDermott (STALKER) and Maggie Q for CBS, in addition to starring alongside Eric Dance for TNT. Some of her memorable episodes included Will Arnett's Netflix hit FLAKED, and The CW show JANE The Virgin.

As a result of graduating from a Bachelor of Music program (Boston University 1963) However, following that I was witnessing the liberal arts in my teaching career (Brown University 1971-75) and convinced that education should be one that integrates study of the arts and studies of other subjects. This is not surprising coming from an ethnomusicologist who has acquired an MA in 1967, and also earned a Ph.D. from UCLA. The ethnomusicology course was my first at UC Berkeley (from 1975-1976) sits comfortably in a department of music in the College of Letters and Science. The possibility of pursuing multiple interests is something I really enjoy.
